Distance: 1.8 km from Eivissa
This beach is situated next to the port, and separated from it by an isthmus where Botafoc lighthouse is. Talamanca is popular because its chiringuitos (beach bars) are open all year and they organise free sport activities. It is also the only beach in the island with an audio-system ready for the blind. It is an ideal place to have a quiet aperitif, practice yoga or sail. There are several hotels at each end of the beach, but in the centre there are just a few chiringuitos. This beach has wooden walkways that allow the access to the disabled, as well as public toilets and showers. In July and August it is the quietest beach in Ibiza city.
