Distance: 2 km from Eivissa
Belonging to both Eivissa and Sant Josep municipalities, this is the longest sand beach on the island. In winter it is wonderful natural scenery, but in summer it is one of the busiest holiday places as the coastline is full of hotels. Moreover, in recent years it has become fashionable to have parties on the seashore, and there are beach clubs that offer cocktails, food and live music or Dj sessions. They create a cool atmosphere that gathers people eager of new experiences.

Families, of course, may prefer quieter areas of Ibiza, and they can go to not so busy parts of this same beach or somewhere else. Whatever your choice, remember that Platja d’en Bossa is one of the largest and widest beaches on the island with the finest sand, also known for good windsurf and sailing.
