Area Jesús

Distance: 3 Km from Ibiza

The minuscule bathing area of Cala Roja, by Cap Martinet, is another refuge for lovers of hidden places. It is accessible on foot, following a narrow path. Even though it is close to the capital city you may easily meet nobody there. A short swim will take you to the next cove, which is under a 90 metres high cliff. Both coves are alike, but this second one is only accessible by the sea.

How to arrive
From Talamanca, go to the capital by the Avinguda d'Agost 8 and take the road to Feixes (first right). In the end, at the roundabout, turn right and continue for 1 km. On the right side you will see new apartment blocks. 150 meters later, on the right comes a dirt path that ends in a open field next to the cove.
