The morning Lluc Torres can’t buy good fish, he doesn’t open. Can Pujol, his restaurant, is located on a cliff, near Port des Torrent. Dishes are still served on individual paper mantelpieces, and the service is not up to much reverence. However, the good command of kitchen issues of both Lluc and Josefa –his wife- makes this restaurant a gastronomic must in the island.
The Bullit de peix with rice on the side from Can Pujol has become a classic. You can start with oysters, clams de carril, local prawns or espardenyes. As main course, the garlic and pepper with rock fish, the Guisat de peix, lobster, the special Grilled mixed seafood or Lobster in whisky.
