Having a meal at Ca Na Ribes is like enjoying a chew on the island’s history. It was founded in 1926, at the very centre of Santa Eulària, and it is probably the oldest of all country restaurants in Ibiza. Maria, granddaughter of the founder, and her husband Vicent runs the place. They elaborate their dishes with best products and tenderness. They both cultivate a family procedure passed on down the years: the use of first rate products that they buy with absolute dedication. Ca Na Ribes has a back terrace full of plants; the shade of a climbing vine is the perfect scenery to enjoy any of the house specialities. For colder days, the warm indoor dining rooms invite you to end the meals with long chats mixed with good liquors… just like at home.
Our recommendations
Ca Na Ribes has a large menu and combines Ibiza traditional dishes with international recipes. You will find hot black rice, scrambled eggs with Sobrasada and local cheese, Fideua, Paella, cod with garlic muslin and Burrida de rajada.
