Bambuddha Grove is an excellent image for what Ibiza stands for. This island is the land of impossible dreams and Bambuddha is a synonym for blessed craziness. To prove it, one only needs to sit at a table under the impressive Balinese pagoda that a visionary Englishman brought in pieces from Indonesia, to rebuild it in a property in Santa Eulària. To this detail only needs to be added the exotic and cosmopolitan atmosphere of the establishment, the ambience music played by a disk jockey, the terrific Oriental and Mediterranean fusion cuisine and the omnipresence of the coolest people in the island. The Bambuddha also has a bar or club to lengthen the night, both before and after dinner.
Our recommendations
The great variety of exotic dishes, in a purest ‘Mediterrasian’ style, often requires the advice of the maitre. Among the starters you can enjoy the 'Tom Kha' coconut soup or the scallop and yuzu tataki. Next, have the marinated Tuna with sesame seeds, soy and ginger, or the beef steak with oriental chimichurri.
