Nagai is just a surprise for lovers of Japanese and fusion cuisine. Founded by Eleonora Carapellotti and the local footballer Merchior Arnold, the establishment is in a two-century old house, next to Sant Joan road. The rustic dining rooms and the romantic garden make i tan idyllic place to enjoy the exotic dishes over endless nights.
Recipes are prepared with organic rice, top quality algae and home made wasabi. There is sushi, sashimi, edamame, makis, tempura… Outstanding are the hot tuna roll and ‘Dragon’: tempura crunchy prawns, elver and avocado. From the fusion list, get a tuna loin covered with sesame seeds and “tsukune”, the Japanese chicken hamburger.
